Staying at 25 Avenue Terrace was an absolute delight. the spacious house comfortably accommodated our group of six, with thoughtful touches like board games, teddy bears, and a guitar that delighted our granddaughter. the small courtyard and well-equipped kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was convenient, just a short stroll from the city center. the welcome pack with fruit and wine was a lovely gesture, showcasing the hospitality of the property. Overall, the value for money was exceptional, and we would not hesitate to book with homestaysyork again for our next visit.
